This weekend we are celebrating the women of DCS. We have taken your nominations and featuring women of DCS that have made our environment welcoming, challenging??, rewarding and fun?.

Our first feature goes to the mothers ??of DCS. Specifically the mother’s that drop their children ?????? off in our children’s program and then head over and do the no excuse 30 minute ??HIIT. These wonderful women go in and work hard??, push each other, make each other accountable and create such a ?wonderful?, fun ? environment.
