What to expect

Because we have many instructors in the classes, classes are split up into 4 groups (Introductory, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced). This allows everyone to get the proper instruction and attention. This workout is as hard or easy as you want to make it, so come get your sweat on and learn the best technique in the city!

HEAVY BAG CLASS

This is our signature high-intensity bag work class. This class is focused on getting your sweat on – all you need to know are the 6 punches.

Equipment

Your own gear is required after one month of training. Shop equipment and apparel at our online store.
