I am so excited To announce the formation of the DCS Ranking / Grading / Level System for both Boxing and Kickboxing.
We have been working on this for a while. And we feel the time is right. We have proven over and over again our techniques are truly world class. You see our trainers coaching using our very techniques at the highest level of Combat Sports at places like UFC and Glory. So IT’S TIME!!!!
Don’t worry everyone, don’t be scared we aren’t doing it the old fashioned Karate or Taekwondo way where you have to test or pay big money to be graded or even forced to do it. We have a curriculum and if you come to class and learn the techniques you will be leveled up. Just like in Jiu-Jitsu you sometimes randomly get graded well same with us. Make sure you train consistent and learn the techniques and you get promoted.
Both boxing and kickboxing systems are 10 levels. They can be shown by patches which are given to members that are promoted and can optionally be worn on a shirt or shorts.
For the kickboxing rank system. I will be awarding blue belt at level 3, purple belt at level 6, brown belt at level 9 and black belts at level 10.
While the boxing system which is backed by none other than @skipperkelp and Manny Sobral. Level 1 is white gloves, level 3 is blue gloves, level 6 is red gloves, level 9 is black gloves and level 10 is marked by a pair of Golden Gloves .
Both the boxing and kickboxing curriculums will be available at DCS in the middle of this week. This is very very exciting stuff. Are you as excited as me???
