Douglas Cho

Doug has been practicing Jiujitsu since 2008 and is currently a brown belt under Stuart Cooper. He specializes in teaching where a smaller individual must face a larger, stronger opponent while figuring out how to overcome them. In addition to Jiujitsu, he practices yoga and does strength and conditioning to keep the body working optimally.
